3. ೩. ಈ ದೂರು ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ವಿವರಣೆಯನ್ನು ನಾನು ಓದಿದ್ದೇನೆ / ನನಗೆ ಓದಿ ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಾನು ಅದನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಮತ್ತು ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿರುವಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ನನಗೆ ದೊರೆತ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಹಿತೆಯ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವು ಸತ್ಯವೆಂದು ನಾನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿ ದೃಢೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
